DEPOSITS: 25% is due within 7 days of
making a reservation.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
Balance due within 45 days of your check in date.
Balance due
within 60 days of your check in date for Holiday
rentals.
CANCELLATIONS:
Reservation payments are non-refundable unless a
subsequent
booking fills
the time and then, is subject to a $50 cancellation
fee. Holiday payments are non-refundable
regardless,
even if your booking time has been rented by someone
else. You may reschedule for up to 30
days after
your canceled booking but this is subject to a $25
rescheduling fee (same property and number
of
nights). Any unused portion of your booked time is
non-refundable.
TAXES:
Rates do not include the 12% lodging tax.
